Coaching 
At the core of my coaching are the five pillars explained below. All coaching journeys are based on these pillars. I offer one-on-one coaching in 3 months, 6 months and 12 month packages. The extended packages offer the gift of time to deepen our work, to create lasting, sustainable change and take you to the next level. 
Workshops & Speaking 
I offer workshops designed for various audiences including business, school, and social. Topics can be customized and include:  'How to become the Leader of Your Mind' II  'Who is in Charge?' II 'Creating Lasting Habits for Mind and Body'  II  'Optimize Yourself'  II  'Physically Fit, Mentally Invincible' 
Five Pillars to the Best Possible You
Clarity
The first step on any journey is to gain absolute clarity as to where you are headed. Often in life we think we know what we want, but deeper work can uncover what may be holding us back or deeper desires that we may not be aware of. We being by doing this work so that we're able to set a vision for the future.
Strategy
Once we have clarity on your vision and goals, and what may have been holding you back, we set about creating a strategy and action plan so that you are clear on what you need to do for the coming days, months, weeks and years. 
Mindset
We all know mindset is key but it is also often difficult to define, less still know how to change it if it's not working for you. We will look at the barriers, limiting beliefs, and stories that are holding you back from attaining the next level, and put in place strategies, tools and actions to ensure you sustain the mindset you need.
Skillset
The penultimate piece in the puzzle is to ensure that you have the skills that you need to execute the strategy and plans that we put in place. Some of those skills we will build together. If there are others that you need that others are better placed to support you with, then we will find those avenues.
Vibrancy
Energy is the currency of life.  In order to be able to step into the best version of yourself you need to be operating at maximum potential. To be efficient, present and achieving your goals we need both your body and mind to be taken care of. Vibrancy is our goal!
